David Dinh, Project Manager
BAppFin LLB

David has always demonstrated a continued passion and innovative leadership in new technology solutions. His versatility in grasping both hardware and software fundamentals and applying the technology in several business environments provides the experience and leadership essential to the PST Research Group.

David’s role in the PST Research Group involves managing and deciding on key research projects, finding new and innovative ways to implement speech technology in the medical domain and working alongside other organizations to assist and co-operate on technology implementation projects.

David is actively involved in several on-going research papers and development projects focusing on the technology medical domain.

Dennis Chan, Voice Solutions Advisor
BSC(Hons)

Since starting his career early in voice technology, Dennis has been actively involved with innovative projects, research and working for organizations such as the CSIRO and currently VeCommerce.

Dennis contributes to the PST Research Group through his passion and understanding of the voice development industry to assist with finding new and innovative ways to apply speech recognition in areas such as medical, education and integration with software applications.

Dennis’ past projects include developing a voice-driven application (TV and Cinema Entertainment Guide) using VoiceXML, education presentations and demonstrations of current voice technology applications at university and more recently developing a web interface for the management and reporting of a speech system.

Jack Chen, Health Solutions Developer
BComm(Actuarial Studies) BSC(Hons)

Early in his career Jack was actively involved with on-going support, training and management of the university academic computer systems and network. Combined with his active pursuits in various form of sport, Jack’s commitment to the community and academic institution provides the foundation for the PST Research Group.

Jack contributes to the PST Research Group through his understanding of technology development techniques, academic research methods and ensuring our research is innovative while improving the quality of service delivery for the community, business or industry.

Jack currently works on software development projects and module enhancements using VB.Net, C++ and J2EE.
